This should be something more than what is there now. LA has so few sites that can dominate the surroundings because it is so flat. Also, LA needs an Eiffel Tower, a Statue of LIberty. Where are the creative concepts for using this site?

This concept is aimed at younger people with a more basic artistic sense. Art as entertainment would attract tourists and Angelenos alike. Maybe a center for climate change education and messaging could be built at UCLA, USC or CalTech?
